JEW Incorporated – Rezoning/Batch Plant – Waverly, Indiana
JEW Inc. has enlisted the professional services of Moench Engineering many times through the years. Our most recent endeavor consisted of rezoning a sub parcel of a property in order for a concrete batch plant to be installed in Waverly, Indiana.
Our services included preparation of the required documentation to gain approval for the rezoning requests from the Morgan County Plan Commission. This included representation of the petition at all required local government meetings. We systematically prepared and defined the sub parcel of land for rezoning by legal description, prepared the Morgan County rezoning petition, completed public notification, and represented the rezoning petition at the Morgan County Plan Commission meeting.
Approval was obtained in December 2013 for the property to be rezoned. We are currently in the process of changing the zoning and will soon begin work on developing the conceptual layouts for the new batch plant. We are on our way to take JEW Inc.’s dream and make it a reality.
